Tibetan Bowl Sound
Massage - Marta L Toropow
Background & Qualifications
 |
Marta always has been interested
in a holistic approach to life. Therefore she is working hard
to deepen the knowledge and improve her skills in this field.
The wonderful properties of the Tibetan singing bowls amazed
and encouraged her to obtain certification from the Institute
of Sound Massage Therapy, which entitles her to practice "Sound
Massage According to Peter Hess®".
|
Marta is certified in Reiki and in
Hopi Ear Candling and she has gained her experience while taking
the opportunity to successfully use those methods during her work
with people who have to deal with health difficulties. Last year
she organised music therapy sessions in the Dublin Holistic Centre.
The workshops were extremely popular. She has received positive
feedback from patients including people struggling with physical
pain, heart problems and those overwhelmed by anxiety and stress.
Marta graduated with a first class
master's degree in Art and Education from the University of Silesia
in Poland. For more information about Marta please see

Sound Healing Workshops (Gong bath,
tibetan bowls, sounds of nature)
When we are well, our cells are vibrating
optimally in our bodies. However when we are ill our bodies literally
go out of tune resulting in sickness manifesting either physically,
emotionally, mentally or spiritually. Sound healing aims to bring
our bodies back into harmony so that our cells are vibrating at
an optimal level resulting in an experience of well being and good
health.
It is a time to receive, rest, heal
and allow the sacred sounds of the gong, monochord table, and Tibetan
bowls and voice, to go to the depths of our being, opening our hearts,
bringing peace and deep relaxation. To participate in this workshop
no experience is needed in sound healing, just a willingness to
receive and share the bliss that sound healing brings.
During a workshop, I use the Chakra
system (visualisation techniques) and this has totally worked for
some of my students. Using it they were able to come closer to themselves,
to relax, and to heal.
The workshop is open to anyone and
experience is not necessary. If you have your own bowls, please
bring them along. Workshops start at 6 pm every Saturday in the
health plex.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone therapy is a speciality
massage that uses smooth, heated stones. It is a deeply soothing,
relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.
The therapist uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while
holding a heated stone. As the stone cools, the therapist replaces
it with another. The therapist might also leave heated stones in
specific points along your spine, or in the palms of your hand to
improve the flow of energy in your body.
Ratna Abhyanga Massage with Crystals
and Precious Stones
Warm herbal oil with crystals and
precious stones heated up to 40° Celsius degrees, meet the energy
points in your body, cures stiffness of joints, improves blood circulation,
activates your energy and chakra balancing, is an incredibly exclusive
massage due to both pleasant feelings as well as its operation and
the look of stones itself. It is revitalising treatment that is
excellent for removing tensions and muscle pains, it is also an
energising element. This treatment brings body, mind and soul in
harmony. Even persistent tension gets dissolved and you feel in
harmony and balance again.
