such as CranioSacral Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage, Reflexology,
Homeopathy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Shiatsu
and more. We maintain a peaceful, private setting where clients
can get maximum benefit and value from our therapies.

Have Your Child Minded While We Mind You
A well established on-site crèche facility
can be availed of to take care of your children while we take care
of you. Simply leave your child/children into our crèche
and collect them after your class. A small fee is charged for this
great facility which is offered to allow new mums and all parents
the time and space to restore, maintain and improve their health
and fitness.
Mother and Child Care
The health plex specialises in the care of
mothers and babies. We provide natural therapies and fitness solutions
during pregnancy and beyond. Natural therapies have been selected
to suit the delicate correction of new born babies systems with
issues such as colic, sleep problems, learning difficulties, Autism
and many others that we have successfully dealt with or greatly
improved. After giving birth a new mother has many challenges to
deal with and we are here to help Mum to regain emotional and physical
health at a pace that suits.
Easy Access and Lots of Free Parking
Situated on Rosemount Avenue in Artane the
health plex is easily accessible. As you can see from the map below
we are situated midway between the Malahide Road and the Howth Road.
There is plenty of free parking available and the local DART station
is at Harmonstown.
